ABOUT NULON ENGINE TREATMENT

The major cause of component failure in any lubricant system are heat and wear & tear created by friction. When two surface move in opposite directions, the peaks of the surfaces interact causing an abrasive action resulting in friction. Also, during normal running of the vehicle the irregular porous surfaces of the engine gets clogged with carbon, sludge leading to loss of power, higher fuel consumption and increased wear and tear. This in turn takes a heavy toll on the life of the engine and its performance.
Using engine oil alone is not suffice. The ultra fine sub micron particles of activated particles of PTFE, the lowest coefficient of friction (0.016 to 0.002) similar to wet ice sliding against wet ice which is present in Nulon when treated with engine oil first cleans the surface impurities than forms an active uniform protective film of 0.5 micron on the moving parts of the engine, eliminating friction to near zero level and ensuring protection of engine and great benefits that NO ENGINE OIL OFFERS.

PROBLEMS DUE TO FUEL ADULERATION
Since, Feb 2003 the Central Government decided that all Petrol sold in the country would have 5% of ethanol mixed in it, hence now all the oil companies have implemented this and they supply only this ethanol mixed petrol to the petrol pumps. Therefore, the petrol now being sold anywhere in the country is this ethanol mixed petrol only.
As ethanol/solvents etc are priced at Rs.12 to 15/- per litre and freely available in the market. The retail outlets (petrol pump owners) have a practice to mix additional quantities of ethanol/solvents in the petrol at their pumps. The price differential/benefits to the petrol pump are very substantial due to this adulteration. Hence, most of the petrol available is adulterated in different percentages. The adulteration is especially very high in smaller towns.
This adulterated petrol when used in any engine of a four or two wheeler engine, during combustion results in acid & moisture formation. This acid reaches the lubricating oil. This acid degrades the lubricating oil and its lubricating properties and viscosity are eroded and hence the engine does not get the required essential lubrication and also the acid/moisture acts on the surface of the engine parts and damages them by pitting, eroding, corroding & formation of rust. These factors in turn result in various engine problems and even engine failure/seizer.
The OEM’s are well aware of these facts as they are facing constant complaints from the buyers of the vehicles through their authorized dealers. Some of the manufacturers have even stopped giving Warrantees on their engines in certain markets.
TEST REPORT
Nulon Engine Treatment was tested by “ITL Labs Pvt. Ltd.” Delhi a government approved ISO 9002 test house has confirmed that “ there is a formation of uniform film of 0.5 micron and that the film is inert to water, moisture, acids, alkalies, organic solvents, naphtha, Petroleum Ether and Benzene and also the friction is reduced”.
HOW DOES NULON ENGINE TREATMENT WORKS
- Nulon Engine Treatment is formulated with activated PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene) and other special proprietary additives blended in base oil. The activated PTFE content in Nulon Engine Treatment is inert and is NOT affected by acids, rust, corrosion, minerals, gases etc. formed inside the engine.
- The activated PTFE forms an active protective film on all the engine parts and moving parts of the engine thereby giving protection to the metal parts and giving/enhancing the lubrication by eliminating friction to near zero levels. (The film prevents direct metal-to-metal contact)
- This film prevents the acid/gases etc. formed during combustion of adulterated petrol to get in direct contact with the metal surface of the parts in the engine and thereby prevents the acid to do any harm and damage to the metal parts in the engine.
- This film also enhances the lubrication by eliminating friction to near zero levels as PTFE is the slipperiest substance known to science, there by increasing fuel efficiency and giving other benefits which no engine oil offers.

APPLICATION RATES
For Cars:- One can of Nulon E-25 Supreme Engine Treatment 350ml is suitable for all new and used Cars, Jeeps and SUVs.
For Two-Wheelers:- One can of Nulon E-25 Supreme Engine Treatment 50ml is suitable for all new and used motorcycles and cars.
For Trucks and Buses:- One can of Nulon E-25 Supreme Engine Treatment 700ml is suitable for all new and used trucks, buses and tractors. .
For Generators and Industrial Engines:- 3 to 5% of engine oil sump capacity.
LIFE AND AVERAGE COST PER MILOMETER
Each application is effective for 15,000kms or 6 months which ever is earlier. The average cost for two wheelers works out to one paisa per km and for four wheelers for three paisa per km.
DIRECTION FOR USE FOR MAXIMUM BENEFITS:-
FOR FOUR WHEELERS
Step 1 Change engine oil and filter.
Step 2 Run engine for some time to ensure that engine is at normal operating temperature.
Step 3 Shake Nulon Engine Treatment 350/700ml can vigorously for at least two minutes.
Step 4 Stop engine and add contents of the can to engine oil sump.
Step 5 Restart engine.
Step 6 Run/Drive engine for at least 20 minutes.
FOR TWO WHEELERS:-
Step 1 Run engine for some time to ensure that engine is at normal operating temperature.
Step 2 Stop Engine.
Step 3 Shake Nulon Engine Treatment 50 ml can vigorously for at least two minutes.
Step 4 For 4 Stroke engine add contents of the can to the engine oil sum.
Step 4 For 2 Stroke engine add contents of the can to the petrol tank (there should be at least 2 liters of petrol in the tank).
Step 5 Restart Engine.
Step 6 Run/Drive Engine for at least 20 minutes giving full throttle. |
